Kristen Olsen
A Vancouver-based copywriter, I've worked for the past several years as a freelance copywriter and as a fulltime employee in communications. I create content for internal and external communication materials, including websites, newsletters and brochures.
Drawing on my ability to write for a variety of audiences, I’ve created communication materials for clients in industries ranging from investment to land banking to Crown Corporations.
I remain current with social media platforms, as well as online and print communication techniques, and web content creation and delivery. Various projects incorporate my design abilities and knowledge of SEO, HTML and CSS.
I happily volunteer my writing skills for organizations that hold special interest, including Big Sisters of British Columbia and the Red Cross Communications Campaign for the Red Cross Lower Mainland.
